went for gym in the morning to work out....thought gt slim down a little...but guess wat did i had for my lunch??

DIM SUM BUFFET!!!!!

yeah....after working out i have a heavier meal instead...nvm i can work out more the following days =p

had dim sum buffet with mr soh at Zhou Kitchen's.....eat till really very full...esp for mr soh who still have to finish up a mountain plate of noodles....haaaa serve him right =p
