almost cant donate due to low blood pressure...first attempt is 79/60 then the doctor told me need to meansure again, if below 100 then he wun let me donate blood...i was like "huh...." so second time i tried to breathe harder and open & close my palm..it works! my blood pressure goes up to 97/60 then the doctor wrote 100/60 on the report sheet [=
i got a halloween pumkin squeezyball, some iron pills, a t-shirt and a badge indicating my blood type: B

today is my first 15km run for the "NEW BALANCE REAL RUN 2008" at a timing of 1hr 53mins ^^ however this will be my last run for this year.....
this 15km run comprises of 4km trail, 0.6km sand and 10.4km road.....and not to forget the hot weather & scorching sun that causes dehydration...i can say that this is quite a challenging run...i really push myself very hard not to walk for too long....especially the sand part, im glad im able to overtake alot of people but running along the shoreline which is much easier than the dry soft sand haaaa
after the run as i was searching for hydro, i was been asked to do a survey for the run...the guy confidently ticked my age group as between 12-19 years...i saw it and started laughing and bluff him im 25yrs already! he was like "huh! really ar? u look pretty young" i was thinking even if i look young i probably cant fall between 12-19 years right?? dAAAng!
i need to start training for next year adidas sundown marathon for may 2009!!! u know they actually have 84km marathon!!! i aim to join an oversea big run in next 2yrs....just an aim to keep myself to continue running ^^
my main reason to continue running is for my best ex-pacer......(for me to know, but not for u to find out!)

had a wonderful dinner at MOF (Ministry of Food), a japanese restaurant....hung & me were so excited when our food came, especially the dessert!!!!! just by looking at the dessert one will feel happy, and being able to eat it is just so heavenly blissful ^^ service is very good, and we got our membership card with a cost of only $5!!! what a good bargain heeee

think i have created a trouble for myself.....
it's all started with my favourite traditional dessert yam paste!!!!
there's this guy who used to be ex-staff of my current working place know that i like to eat yam paste, always bring me to different dessert shop to eat yam paste as an excuse to ask me out....of coz im very happy that everytime go out with him (with my other colleagues as well ok) got to eat yam paste, but im so shocked that he confessed that he likes me!!! i almost choke by the yam paste....how can he like someone who always say evil things to him and laugh at his mistakes?? i always thought we are just "sisters"
he's really a very nice guy to hang out with....but....yea...

i cant stay their wedding for long coz i need to rush off for hung's birthday gathering, so before they changed we just took a quick snap....nevertheless they still send me one of their wedding pix [=
went for raya visits today....a gathering planned by shireen for fort staffs^^ first stop is to shireen's house..initially i thought only go her house for gathering, later than i realise we actually going for a few others' house...i should have worn my baju gurong if i knew it!!!! SOBX!!! anyway we chilled at her house for awhile then move on coz still quite early...got me, amirul, saiful, sulaiman and shireen. luckily shireen got car so easy for us to travel around ^^ her mum cooked very nice mee goreng!!!
next stop is amirul's house, his grandma cooked a super spicy spagetti but very very sedap!!! we hang out there for some time then went to sentosa to fetch the rest of forters: kas, astra & wati...and move on to farid's, my favourite tram captain house!! he bought alot of food just for us!! got satays, nasi brayni, katupat, chocolates & ice-cream!!!!! yum yum but so sinfulllllllllll we make alot of noise & took many many pictures haaaaa
last two stops is masod and wati's house....by the time i left already 11pm+ already...wowww i ate 5 meals today!!! FAINT =\ but i really enjoy going out with my dear fort staffs afterall^^ they are always the fun people to hang out with!!!! miss working with them yea....
this sat's couple e-mailed in to the management specially requested me handle their wedding (coz i told them it's arranged by my boss and i got no say)...but this time i rejected the request =p one thing is i cant always sacrifice my freedom to these couples...there's only one me! if every couple requested for me i cant have fun with my friends anymore! i already cant have weekends off, so i cant burn my weekends nights as well....second thing is i know my manager dislike them (the couple also dun like her) so i wanna see how professional she gonna handle them...she kept asking me to change shift with her since last week but i also keep rejecting her haaa....cant always let her win just because she's higher position...blahz~
